USellOhio.com holds no real estate licenses and offers no advice or warranties as to the sale of your home. USellOhio.com charges no fee or commission based on the selling of your home or sale price. We advise you to consult a real estate attorney and do sufficient research on how to sell your home by owner. We do not verify information by the homeowner, thus the homeowner assumes full responsibility for accuracy of the information provided. Visitors to the site will direct inquiries to the homeowner, not USellOhio.com.
Purpose of Web Site : The purpose of this Web Site is solely to assist homeowners in selling their own homes. We consider such use of the Web Site to be a personal use, in contrast to a commercial use. You may not use this Web Site or its Content for any commercial purpose whatsoever, including without limitation as a lead generation source for your business. Membership and Registration. If you register with USellOhio.com, you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your ID and password, and agree not to sell, transfer or assign your Membership or any Membership rights. Transactions on Our Web Site. To serve you most efficiently, order fulfillment is often handled by a third party processing agent, bank or distribution institution. While in most cases transactions are completed without difficulty, you always have the option of providing your payment through personal or mail delivery. Listing Until Sold : USellOhio.com’s service allows a Customer to maintain a property listing “until sold”, however, we request that you contact us immediately upon the sale of your home so that your listing may be removed from the site. In the event that we have not heard from you for a period of three(3) months, you will be contacted via email or phone to verify the status of your listing How to Remove Your Listing/Cancel Your Ad: Refunds : In general, USellOhio will grant no refunds once a property has been actively listed on our site. If you feel you deserve a refund, please use the service request form to explain your position. All such refund requests must be made in writing.
Consent to E-mail Communications From time to time, we will send you e-mail announcements or correspondence on new features, products and services offered by USellOhio.com, selected advertisers, affiliates, and related companies. BY PURCHASING, USING, OR ENJOYING THE SERVICES ON USellOhio.com, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT AND OPT-IN TO RECEIVING E-MAIL FROM USellOhio.com, ITS AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES, AND ADVERTISERS.
