Specifics about your property:
Lot size, Square footage of home, year built, school district, type of heating and cooling systems, list of amenities, list of recent updates, average utility costs, yearly taxes, etc.
Photos of your property:
Try to get photos of all the main rooms of the house, highlighting special features and amenities. Take photos with as much natural light as possible. You may find it difficult to get good photos of small rooms. Take photos of the outside of the house and be prepared to designate one photo as #1 to be the front exterior of the home. Have your photos ready to upload on a CD or your computer's hard drive.
